We use reasonable safeguards and limit retention to what is needed for the purpose collected, our professional responsibilities, and applicable law. No website, email system, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Protected health information

Once information becomes part of your clinical or billing record, additional privacy protections may apply. The Notice of Privacy Practices explains those protections, permitted uses and disclosures, your rights, and how to make a complaint.
